We ship to most areas within Australia. To find out for sure if we ship to your location enter your postcode on our website.
For orders of $500 and over shipping is free. On orders under $500 there is a flat fee of $29.50.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Our returns policy is based on the type of product you purchased from us, whether it was from our stocked range referred to as Quick Ship, non-stocked product range which is referred to as Non-Stocked Items or a custom, made to order product referred to as Custom Order. Please refer to our Returns page for detailed information.
Products marked as Quick Ship are kept in stock in certain quantities and are ready to be shipped to you from our distribution centre. Whilst we aim to hold as much stock as possible, in order to be able to offer our customers with a large range of products in many colours, finishes and functions means it is not possible to hold absolutely everything in stock at our distribution centre and these products will not be marked as Quick Ship on our website. Products not marked as Quick Ship, which are referred to as “Non-Stocked Items” are usually held in stock by the supplier or manufacturer (located within Australia) and when we receive your order they will be shipped to our distribution centre first for quality control before we can ship them out to you, therefore slightly longer delivery times will apply for these products. In some circumstances the product/s may also be out of stock with the supplier or manufacturer in which case we will contact you via email when we become aware to discuss your options including a full refund or credit note should you wish to not wait for the product/s to come back in stock. We understand this can be an inconvenience and do apologise in the event this situation should arise.
Quick Ship products are products we hold in certain quantities at our own distribution centre. Providing we can meet the quantity of your order in full, orders from our Quick Ship range are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order, which makes shopping our Quick Ship range ideal if you are in a hurry for your products.
We typically ship our Quick Ship products within 24 hours of receiving your order with the condition that all your items on the order are Quick Ship and all quantities are in stock. We use a mixture of our own couriers as well as 3rd party couriers to ensure you receive your order in the quickest time possible however we cannot guarantee an actual delivery date as this depends on a number of factors including but not limited to where your order needs to be shipped to.
In this scenario we will despatch your order once all items have come in stock at our distribution centre. If you wish to receive your Quick Ship products first please add to cart and checkout separately. Please note if any of your orders is under the minimum order value for free shipping a shipping fee may be added.
Products that are not Quick Ship or custom made (Custom Order) are referred to as Non-Stocked Items. Non-Stocked Items have a usual dispatch time frame of between 5-10 business days plus transit time from us to you, providing the supplier or manufacturer (located within Australia) has stock of the product/s in their warehouse. If we become aware that the stock is not available from our supplier or that this time frame cannot be met, we will be in contact with you via email once we become aware to notify you of the situation and provide a solution. Should you not be happy with our solution you may request for a full refund or credit note. We do accept change of mind returns for Non-Stocked Items however a restocking fee will be applicable which is currently 20% of the value of the product/s being returned. Custom Order products refer to products that are made to your specification just for you. Since these products are made to order we cannot accept any change of mind returns on these items. For more information please visit our Terms & Conditions page.
We provide reliable shipping options with tracking to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time. In some circumstances we may use our own driver network which currently does not offer tracking.
To ensure we can provide the fastest possible delivery times to our valued customers we currently do not offer the option to pick up or click and collect.
Most definitely. Unless stated otherwise all products sold on our website come with Australian, nation wide warranty provided direct by the manufacturer or supplier. Please refer to the warranty section on each product page to find out specific warranty information for the product you are looking at.
Firstly double check the supplied installation information that came with your product to check it’s not an installation issue and also check to see if any frequently asked questions have been supplied with the installation instructions of your product or on our website as most of the time the issue is an easy fix. If this fails to resolve your issue your first point of contact should be the supplier or manufacturer listed on your order as they ultimately decided if the product is faulty. Our door hardware is versatile and can be used in many different settings where required. There is however certain door hardware that are specifically designed for commercial use whether that be for heavy daily door handle use on a door, fire rated door hardware like fire rated door handles, fire rated door closers and fire rated door seals or where accessible and disabled door hardware that complies with AS.1428 is required like accessible door handles and accessible door closers that are designed for ease of use. These products can be found throughout our website under the relevant categories or will be mentioned on the product page.
Whilst door handles made from materials such as stainless steel or coated finishes offer durability and resistance to the elements please bare in mind they should not be exposed to the elements. This isn’t usually a problem though as most of the time your external door would have good overhead cover to help protect your door and your door hardware from rain, hail or shine.
Whether you’re retro fitting (swapping old for new) or installing cabinet handles on new panels you can check the centre-to-centre distance of the new cabinet handle you are looking at on it’s product page. Once you have this information measure the distance between the centre of the screw holes on your existing cabinet handles, this measurement is your centre to centre and if they match with the new cabinet handle you are looking at you’re good to order. With new panels you just need to ensure this measurement will fit where you like to install it on.

Whilst some products might be simple enough to install like retro fitting an internal door handle or perhaps swapping out on old front door lock for a new one, we wouldn’t recommend taking on most of these installation tasks yourself, especially those jobs where regulatory requirements require you to use a licenced tradesperson. For peace of mind, we recommend using a licenced tradesperson for all jobs whether it be a carpenter, locksmith, plumber, or an electrician. Please do not attempt to install these products on your own as your safety is our number one priority. You also don’t want to void any manufacturer’s warranty by incorrectly installing your product/s.
